Hy-Fit 30 is a virtual training program sent straight to you smart phone. This program is a 5 day a week training regime for those that are limited on time and need or want to get in and out in 30 minutes. 

Hy-Fit 60

This 60 minute virtual training program is a 5 day a week training plan sent straight to your smart phone. Each session starts with a warm-up before moving onto your strength for day then followed up with your conditioning and a good stretch to finish off the day.

Hy-Fit Conditioning

Cardio based program designed to build aerobic capacity. You will build a bigger and better engine using our treadmills, assault bikes, rowers, stair climber, boxing bags and body weight movements.

Hy-Fit Shred with Nutrition

Get shredded with a 5 day a week training program to get you in the best shape of your life. Our Hy-Fit Shred is accompanied by our Hy-Fit Nutrition program to maximize your results. You will push daily towards the body you have always wanted and we will be there every step of the way to see you succeed. 

Virtual Personel Training

Our personalized virtual training program that allows individuals to complete their workouts wherever and whenever they need too. Workouts are provided via cell phone or computer through a easy to access app. Goals are discussed and a program is designed for you. This program differs from the rest because it is designed around you and your goals.
